Previously I wrote a blog post about my new piece 'Spirit Guide Journeys'. Now I am happy to tell you that it has been accepted to be exhibited in the 'Journey Open Art Exhibition'. Come in, have a look when the exhibition has started and remember to vote.
Most people are aware of the peacock body sculpture I made a while back, photographed here by Kimberley Collins last year. I had actually started to create another two pieces to go alongside with this which I have been unable to complete because of different work commitments. They are not quite finished but I thought I will give everyone a few photos to show you the works in progress from the past few days. The fabric is made of handmade felt, different types of thread and sequins. The outside has ostrich and peacock feathers carefully sewn on to create an eye-catching piece.
